New Secretary for College of Cardinals

On October 21, Most Rev Manuel Monteiro de Castro, Apostolic Nuncio Emeritus to Spain and preset Secretary for the Congregation of Bishops was appointed Secretary for the College of Cardinals.

I missed this news early so im just updating it.
